Another busy day at Blue Rose Desserts. Today we made a two tier wedding anniversary cake. The top layer features a wedding pictures printed with edible ink on a special rice paper.

This Country Themed Wedding Cake was such a fun project. The flowers around the base tear of the cake are made from gum-paste, the rope embellishing the second tear of the cake was made of fondant. The cake was decorated with buttercream icing.

The bottom two tiers of this white and blue three tier baby shower cake were made from a 14 inches and a 12 inches round cakes. The top was a square 6x6x2 cake. The top tear as well as some accents (circles and rope) were decorated with fondant. The bottom two tiers were decorated with buttercream icing. This cake can serve 75 event style portions or 60 very generous portions.
